Our products cannot be returned or exchanged except if You have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a product which is different from the product described in the invoice (in which case the return should be made with original packaging tags, labels, original packing, without tampering of serial number and the return should be initiated within two (2) days from date of order.

You can follow a few simple steps to initiate Your return within two (2 ) days of receiving the order:

Step 1: Contact us on contactmomafai@gmail.com within seven (7) business days of receiving the order.

Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

Step 3 our delivery partner will pick up the products within two (2) to four (4) business days. We will initiate the replacement process only if the products received are intact. The refunded amount, if through online payment will be refunded in seven (7) working days, and, if through COD, it will be refunded in fourteen (14) working days.

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our logistics partner's warehouse. In rare case that your product may be damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund by following the steps enumerated herein-above.

Note: Replacements are subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, Mom A Fai will refund You the full amount.

Cancellation before shipment:

If the order or the item(s) that You want to cancel have not been shipped yet, You can write to Our customer support team on contactmomafai@gmail.com

Once the item has been shipped/the package has been handed over to the delivery partner, the order cannot be cancelled.
